Have you ever gone to sleep at night thinking that you were going to get a fresh start tomorrow morning? And then when you wake up in the morning, you decide that you really don’t want to eat a healthy breakfast, or take a sweaty walk, or follow that exercise program?
Well, what happened during the night to have that change occur? I don’t know! I really don’t, I can only speculate on what the reasons are, because we all have differing reasons for not following through on the promises we make to ourselves. What I can tell you is that it doesn’t have to be that way.
How do I know this? Because if you look at some of the other things that you do in your life, that you are consistent with, you find that you have a strategy in place to get them done. And that strategy doesn’t allow you to question whether or not you will do that particular activity or not. It will just get done, come hell or high water! That is what we call conditioning.
